Notice must be given to Patience Inspired Dog Training at least 72 hours prior to the start of the service purchased, i.e. group class, seminar, clinic private training session, in order to receive a refund. There are no refunds or credits of fees after the service has started.   Due to the nature of the products sold in our store  they are non-returnable/non-refundable- all sales are final.  If your product is defective you may return it in person, with receipt,  for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
