All dogs over 6 months must be vaccinated for Rabies, Parvo, Distember, and Bordetella (kennel cough). Puppies only need Bordetella (kennel cough) and their first round of puppy shots. If you would like to send us your dog's proof of vaccination by downloading a copy please fill out the form below:
