Terms of Service and Release

• By purchasing or scheduling dog training, you, the participant, represent that you are the legal owner of the named pet and you are aware that participation in any dog training class may result in illness, accident, injury, death to you or the named pet, and/or escape of the named pet. You agree you are aware of these risks and dangers and assume all responsibility for them. In addition, you assume full responsibility for damages and injuries (i) to the named pet, (ii) caused directly or indirectly by the named pet, and/or (iii) to other individuals or pets, which are connected with the Patience Inspired Dog Training, whether on or off  Patience Inspired Dog Training premises.
•  You, the participant, understand that attendance at a dog training class of any kind is not without risk to yourself, members of my family or guests who may attend, or your dog, because some of the dogs to which you (we) may be exposed may be difficult to control and may be the cause of injury or illness even when handled with the greatest of care.
• You agree that you will abide by all safety rules and requests provided by Patience Inspired Dog Training employees and representatives. 
• You hereby waive all claims for damage and release and forever discharge Patience Inspired Dog Training employees, instructors, assistants, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities of any nature, for injury or damage which you ,your dog, or your guests may suffer in connection with your attendance or participation in training sessions,including specifically, but not without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the action of any dog. 
• You expressly assume the risk of such damage or injury when attending any training sessions or other function, or while on the training grounds or the surrounding area thereto.
• You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Patience Inspired Dog Training and any other location,their employees, instructors, assistants, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims,damages, losses or liabilities, whatsoever arising out of or resulting from (1) your presence at or participation in any training session or other function while at Patience Inspired Dog Training or any other location or the surrounding areas thereto, (2) the presence at or participation by any member of your family or any other person accompanying you to any training session or other function while on the grounds or the surrounding area thereto and (3) any action by any dog, including your own. 
• You understand that the handler of this dog is responsible for controlling the dog at all times during the training session or class, both during the training sessions and on the grounds where the training sessions are held. A dog and handler may be removed from class at the instructor’s discretion should the handler be unable to control the dog.

Notice must be given to Patience Inspired Dog Training at least 48 hours prior to the first class or training session in order to receive a refund. There are no refunds or credits of fees after the class or private sessions have started. 

All of our memberships are for 1 year.  Everything included in the membership plan purchased must be used within the year- this includes but is not limited to: Drop-In Classes, Group Classes, Enrichment Room rentals, Store discounts etc.  Any part of the membership not used within the year is forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred. One year is marked as one year from the date you signed up at midnight (12:00am). If you signed up Jan 1, 2023 then your membership will expire on Jan 1, 2024 at 12:00am.
