On-line payment is for clients who have already registered for a training.  Please do not pay on-line if you have not registered yet. 

  You may pay in person at your first training session with cash or by check.  If you want to pay with a credit card you may do so below. Please note there is an extra charge for this from PayPal.  Credit cards are not accepted at our facility-only online.
